Libby Newton: Registered Psychologist
Libby Newton is a registered psychologist with 15 years of experience helping adults with their mental health. She has been practising at the Inner West Allied Health Centre for over 9 years.

- Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
Libby also assists clients with a wide range of mental health issues including relationship issues, sleep problems, work stress, self esteem issues, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD/ADD), traumatic brain injury (TBI), chronic pain and adjustment disorders.
Libby uses Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) to promote recovery. For trauma affected clients, she also uses Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) treatment.
Libby treats clients under Medicare, Workers Compensation, National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and Private Health Insurance.
Fees: From January 1, 2021 the psychological session fee for all clients is $180 per 50- 55 minute session. For those referred by a GP under a Mental Health Care Plan, you will receive a rebate of $87.45 per session through Medicare.
Reports and written letters are invoiced at the sessional rate pro rata
