rotator cuff tear

Daniel visited me for assessment of his shoulder injury a few weeks ago. He was unable to elevate his arm to normal range. He was diagnosed with subscapularis and supraspinatus full thickness tear and has decided against surgical repair. It will be interesting to see how he goes over the next 3 months. I recommended surgery. I hope Daniel proves us all wrong and recovers normal function
