Anton Sostaric

Director, Physiotherapist, DEXA Technologist

Anton focuses on successful outcomes in a timely manner. Treatments have to meet expectations otherwise it’s a waste of time. The cornerstone of managing injuries and pain is your fitness and he will address this as part of your recovery and maintenance.

Anton has explored metabolic fitness and ageing at a deeper level for the past 7 years and his assessment and training strategies focus on improving mitochondrial function and maximising your metabolic flexibility. His interventions address the science and evidence most programs miss: establishing the correct training zone (intensity). This program is suitable for everyone: from the elite athlete to weekend warrier to sedentary individuals struggling with metabolic syndromes and Type 2 Diabetes
