Frequently asked questions

Can I bring my own clients?

Yes. The studio is for trainers who already have their own clients. You set your own fees and keep 100% of what you charge.

Do I need my own insurance?

Yes. You need current public liability and professional indemnity insurance in your own name, and we sight it before your first session.

Can I run small group sessions?

Yes, by arrangement. Sessions with three or more clients are charged as small group sessions, so the studio and equipment stay available for everyone booked at the same time.

Can my clients use the clinic's testing services?

Yes. Your clients can book strength, DXA, VO2max, lactate and RMR testing through the clinic, and with their consent we'll share the results with you.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Casual and day hire have no minimum commitment. Weekly hire includes 7-day access, with a 3-month minimum and 4 weeks' notice after that.

What if I don't use the studio every day on weekly hire?

The weekly rate is for access to the studio, not for the days you use it, so the fee is the same whether you train clients on one day or seven. If you only need the studio on a few days, the day rate may suit you better.

How do I book?

After we've met and your agreement is signed, you book and pay for studio time online. When your insurance, registration or first aid certificate is renewed, upload the new document using the link in your booking confirmation email.
