Bowen, Hyperbaric Oxygen
and Massage Therapy
Bowen Technique
We now offer a dynamic, non-invasive system of muscle and connective tissue therapy that works both structurally and organically via the autonomic nervous system (ANS). It addresses the physiological and emotional conditions caused by acute injuries or chronic health issues.

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy
The air in our atmosphere is approximately 21% at sea level and this gives us life, fuels our cells energy, and provides the building block that our bodies need. Without oxygen our bodies cannot build our continual cell replacement. Hyperbaric oxygen therapy is a safe, tried, and tested way to increase the oxygen absorption process.
Oxygen also aids a wide range of biochemical, cellular, and physiological enhancement. Mild hyperbaric Oxygen therapy has been used for:
lifting our immunity
accelerating the healing process
fuelling energy production
alleviating inflammation
boosting antioxidant defence
stimulating stem cell production.
Our red blood cells are almost entirely saturated with oxygen but under hyperbaric pressure and this is dissolved into our blood’s plasma which increases the oxygen available to support the ability to heal. This process is achieved by using a mild hyperbaric chamber at less than 1.5ATA.
Our unit can safely increase the oxygen supply to the cells and tissues by up to 50%. Our clinic at Heal It has historically been a destination for that many sports clubs and a primary destination for many clients to recover.
We installed our first system nearly twenty years ago when the design and manufacture had to clear many levels of authorisation. Many of our clients were disappointed that the original system had reached its maintenance limit, but technology has caught up and our new unit is smaller, more comfortable, and flexible.
