Clear diagnosis and plan
A thorough assessment, a plain explanation of the injury, and a written plan with realistic timeframes for recovery and return to work.
Treatment, then loading
Hands-on treatment to settle symptoms, then progressive loading in the gym so you can tolerate the physical demands of your job again.
Measured progress
Validated questionnaires and strength testing at baseline and at each review, so you, your doctor and your insurer can see the change in numbers.
Complete your injury questionnaires before your first visit
Optional, but it helps us prepare for your first appointment and gives us a baseline to measure your progress against throughout treatment and rehabilitation. At the end, save the report as a PDF and email it to admin@alliedhealth.net.au.

Anton Sostaric B.Physio, MAPA, GAICD (33 years) and David Murphy BAppSc (Physiotherapy) (36 years), both in musculoskeletal practice. Anton also has several years’ experience providing independent medicolegal opinions for insurance claims.
Reporting
An initial report covering findings, working diagnosis, goals and proposed treatment, then progress reports at review, including changes in outcome measures and current functional capacity.
Validated outcome measures
Region-specific measures at baseline and review — NDI, ODI, SPADI, QuickDASH, PRWE, LEFS, KOOS, HOOS and FADI — with NPRS and PSFS, and Örebro and K10 screening at intake. Change is rated against published MCID values.
Graded return to work
Rehabilitation is built around the worker’s job demands and certificate of capacity, with load progressed in our on-site gym and duties upgraded as function improves.
Post-operative protocols
We work to the operating surgeon’s protocol and timeframes, and contact your rooms where progress departs from what was expected.
Objective testing
VALD dynamometry for precise measurement of strength and range of motion at every joint, compared with an age-matched normative dataset for reference.
GPs, surgeons and specialists can refer a worker or claimant online. Please include the claim number with the referral.
